About vingenzos

New York native Michael Bologna is an entrepreneur and restaurant veteran with more than 35 years in the business. Today, he is the owner and chef at Vingenzo's in Woodstock, Ga., which he founded while working as the lead instructor at Chattahoochee Technical College's Center for Culinary Education in Marietta, Ga. His inspiration was cultivated after trips to the Campania region of southern Italy, where he was inspired by the margheritas he encountered in Naples.
